Happy Monday!
As we approach Memorial Day, we can't say "thanks" enough to our troops and their families for their sacrifice. In fact, check out http://www.air1.com/ and write a personal note of thanks that will be mailed to the troops!
In addition to Memorial Day, May is also recognized as National Foster Care Month--thanks, foster parents!
Check out the news page for the stories we talked about today, including the latest study on cell phone use and pregnant women, the "Veggie Pride Parade" ("Give peas a chance!!!"), and the box-office returns for Prince Caspian after opening weekend.
The winner of "America's Next Top Model" was surprising--a size 10 woman won the top prize! Fabulous! The disappointing part is the fact that she is referred to as "plus sized." The controversy reminded us of the importance of remembering that God looks at the heart and that outward appearance doesn't matter to God! Check out Song of Solomon 2:10-14 and be encouraged--God is crazy about you!

We fell in love with Mike & Jeanie when taking my grand daughters (12 & 17) to school every morning this school year. We were so disappointed when they left but soon fell in love with Eric & Coppelia (love her laugh). We were so disappointed to hear that they were leaving too just when we were getting to know them but I want you to know that you both have done a great job & we'll fall in love with you too! God bless you both!!!
I agree with Sharron, Do a good job and we'll like you, don't do a good job, and we wont :P just joking, 'course we'll like you!
